Dear Pastors, Friends and Supporting Churches, Nov. & Dec. 2011

We are sending you our report on the ministry and family a little later than normal and we apologize for this. We praise the Lord for his constant care and enduring mercy toward us. We have had sickness in the family for several weeks, but we are all doing better now. Praise the blessed name of the Lord; he alone is the great Healer. Please remember Paula and Helen in your prayers; may the Lord give them strength and full recovery.

Several weeks back I felt led of the Lord to ask the church members in Sanmihaiu to specifically pray with me that the Lord would give us families who would believe and receive the Lord. A young girl Gianina had received the Lord prior to this request but was afraid to tell her family and in particular her father, Marcel. One week later I took Marcel and some other family members to another village and witnessed to them on the way. Only Marcel and I returned to his home and on the way back God met with us. We stopped on the side of the road and Marcel gave his life to the Lord and is coming to most all our meetings. His parents and siblings said that they too will start coming to hear the preaching of the Word. Please pray that this will be one of the families we are asking the Lord for. The services have been good. Last Sunday we had 48 people with adults and children combined since Helen was sick. Bro. Brian Nibbi and his wife Lynnette came from the church in Cluj; Sis. Lynette sang and Bro. Brian preached for us. They were a blessing to us all. Today we had about 30 adults in the main hall and 15 children and teenagers in Helen’s class. Thank you all again for special gifts that you have sent us for more repairs on the building. We do not yet have enough money to complete the rest of the central heating system. This week we hope to finish the first phase, [building the furnace that will heat the water for the radiators]. The church agreed tonight that we should use the rest of the money remaining to purchase the flooring for the larger meeting room. We hope to install it this week, the Lord willing. We will buy and install the rest of the heating radiators and pipe as soon as the Lord provides [$1500 - $2000].

We are very happy for our son Benjamin and his family who have recently joined Maranatha Baptist Church in Columbus, Georgia. They seem to be doing good there and growing in grace. Please remember Rose in your prayers. She may be coming in a few weeks to Romania with a Romanian lady doctor for a Medical Conference in Bucuresti. We certainly hope that it will work out and that we can spend a few days with her. We are planning to return to the States sometime in mid May and we will be out till about mid September, the Lord willing. I will begin contacting some pastors as soon as we know a specific date. We do need to raise more support for the Ministry and we ask you to let us know of any Pastor who would desire us to come and present the ministry in his church.
